What is a Bestie?
Bestie are our “regular guests” who have already been to our events several times, have gone through and passed the regularly adjusted application process several times. These guests are therefore beings who know what is important to us and fit in with our parties.
You only become a Bestie if you have been in the past (!) with one of our Get together Events and then signed up independently as a beast. So if you didn't receive an email and didn't confirm your bestie status yourself, it's currently no longer working.
Requirements
- Visited our ZusammenKommen party
- Have been accepted during the application process
- Not turned away at the door and therefore came to the party
Or:
- Visit Séparée as a +1
- Be accepted at the door & come to the event (and not be turned away)
- In retrospect, we will send you a link to a “post-event” application process
- This process is then rated by us
- When the minimum number of points has been reached, you will receive an email in which you must confirm your Bestie status. The confirmation is primarily there that we have permission from you to store your personal data
Don't know if you're a Bestie?
Check your e-mail inbox for e-mails with the subject “Besties”. These emails will be sent out if you have fulfilled the above requirements (joined a ZusammenKommen party or joined Séparée as a +1). There is a link in the email where you have to confirm that we may save your data. If you click or have clicked on the link, then you have successfully become a Bestie. The link is always valid and you will automatically be saved as a Bestie in our system.
Have your Bestie status checked
Unfortunately, we cannot check your Bestie status manually as it is currently extremely time-consuming for us. Therefore, please do not send us an e-mail, we are currently working on a solution so that you can check your status yourself. Thank you for your understanding. 🫶🏻
